This is how all days should go! I ate well, exercised and had fun. The only downside to today was the bitter cold!
Breakfast: 1 scoop shake
Lunch: 6" turkey sub!
Dinner: stir fry... oh, those veggies were so good!
Exercise: ran 1.3 miles. best time yet! Seriously, it went by so fast. I kept walking only because my stupid head got in the way, my lungs weren't burning... my legs weren't tired, but I slowed down anyway. doh! I also rode the bike for 20 minutes. I was working out during my late lunch break which made me anxious to get back to work. Tomorrow I plan on getting to the gym earlier.

Nice job. I found a new low cal fast food option. Try the panda bowl at panda express but use veggies as the side instead of rice or chow main. You save all the carbs. You can add mushroom chicken or similar and be around 350 for the meal. Not bad for being so tasty!
ReplyDeleteActually 350 is a little high unless you get the deep fried items like orange chicken, mmmm. I got Kung pao and it calculated at 310.
ReplyDeleteCorrection to the correction. I had originally looked at the Panda Express website thus had the 350 in mind. However, The Kung Pao portion shown in myfitnesspal is smaller than Panda Express shows. So the real number should be veggies are 70 and the chicken was 300 for a total of 370. Oh well, still not too bad for a very tasty lunch.
ReplyDeleteI made stir fry last night! It was so good! Mom usually puts rice on the bottom, but I kept that out. I didn't miss it at all! Also, I didn't feel guilty having a second plate. I just need to stay motivated and keep making my own food! .. p.s. I have never been to Panda.
