Yesterday was an interesting day, as I didn't feel very well... my stomach still hurt and my back was spasming. Long story short I didn't do much thinking in regards to my goal. I am scared for the weigh in on Monday, as I feel like I slacked as far as exercise and healthy eating throughout the week.
I have no idea what I ate... it wasn't bad, wasn't good. doh!
Hope you feel better. I'm starting to recognize when I'm full after smaller portions. Before, if I didn't think about it, I would keep eating just because the food taste good, even if I was full. The hard part will be going back to bad eating habits once I reach my goal.
ReplyDeleteWe went to a new restaurant called "Logans Roadhouse". They have a pretty good 550 calorie section on their menu. I had a bunless burger, a bunch of steamed broccoli, and a small side salad with no fat vinegerette all for less than 550 calories...but the big bud light was a little over 200, whoops. Overall, I was still under for the day so I don't feel too guilty.
