Monday weigh in day! Man, I was scared of my weigh in. Good news, I didn't gain any weight, bad news.. I didn't lose any. Nor did my body fat change. I think this is due to my lack of exercise during the later part of last week. Plus all of the eating out. I would have to say, my intake has decreased... my food choices still aren't the best.
Breakfast: Shake/ 1/2 banana
Lunch: standard turkey subway
Dinner: gross meatloaf (which is good because I hardly ate any). A few bites of mashed potatoes and a skinny cow with strawberries!
I also worked out. I did 45 minutes on the bike. Love working out, just need to make more time for it!
I already put it on fitness pal, but I was down 1.5 pounds this week. My waist is still about the same, although I think it would be difficult to notice anything less than 1 inch increments based on differences in holding the tape measure week to week.
ReplyDeleteJudith made a great low cal dinner. Portibella mushroom fajitas. A huge mushroom is only 20 calories, so by the time you slice it and add a bunch of red/green peppers, onions, olive oil and spices you can really eat until your stuffed and hardly dent the daily calorie count. Each corn tortilla is 55 calories, so that is the only thing holding a big feast back :-).
One more thing, if you like yogurt, the Dannon "Light-n-Fit" 12 packs are good. They come in several flavors and have from 50 to 60 calories each container depending on the flavor. The serving size is smaller, but put it over 1/2 cup of fresh berries and you'll have a great desert or snack for less than 100 calories total.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Light-n-fit yogurts are on sale at Smiths right now...
