Day 36

Well, I weighed in....
Weight: 126.9lb
Fat: 24.4%
Water: 51.1%
Muscle 32.2%

Man, I went to my regular gym last night at 5, it was packed! I mean, not one treadmill, not one bike. I found one solo eliptical that squeaked when I used it. I worked a little bit on toning too, i.e. weights and situps. I decided that I would like to either do 3 days cardio, two weight training, one stretching.. What do you guys do?
My eating is way easy now that I don't have to worry about what to do for breakfast and lunch. I like that! Well, breakfast anyway because I don't normally eat breakfast.
Breakfast: Shake with 1/2 banana & 1/4 cup fruit
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: shake with 1 banana
Dinner: chicken salad sandwich with light miracle whip, apples, grapes and celery. So good!
I was so mad that I was so full after dinner.. I was really excited to eat some rice pudding. waaah. Hopefully tonight. =)

  1. At home I swim about 3000 meters/day broken into various sets like 500 freestyle warmup, 5 x 200 backstroke, 500 kick, etc. This is 3, sometimes 4 times per week. On the road I walk if I'm someplace interesting. There are a few locations with decent pools so i have a suit and goggles in my bag too. Otherwise I do stationary bike and a few things on the "universal" gym like lat pulls, curls, bench press, etc. Unfortunately I don't run anymore due to my bad hip. I want to be able to walk when I'm "old" so I don't push it :-).
