ReplyDeleteAs I finish the last slice of apple pie, I'm thinking, "boy, do I need some motivation." The snow, freezing rain and ice has got me down and I'm getting cabin fever. I need to rearrange my schedule and set up time to go to the gym. Maybe I can reduce how many hours I'm working and go before the boys come home from school? But first, I've got to stop eating carbs at night and pack a lunch everyday.
ReplyDeleteOk, I'll join. I've been plus or minus 5 pounds since graduating from college, but over the past few years I've had to stop running due to a bad hip and have gone up 15 pounds. My pants don't fit or are uncomfortably snug. I ordered shorts from LL Bean last week and they are tight. I'm not sending them back! Time to adjust my size instead. I'm starting at 201 and want to get to 186 and a loose fitting 34" waist. I'll send my current waist as soon as I find a tape measure (I'm guessing between 35 and 36).
